Conditioning

Conditioning for those who go in for Pole Dance. It is a complex of exercises which help to develop physical qualities, first of all strength, flexibility and endurance. These exercises provide comprehensive and harmonic physical development of a human. It is the necessary basis for sports, in our case- Pole Acrobatic.

CONDITIONING FOR THOSE WHO GO IN FOR POLE DANCE OR AERIAL GYMNASTICS IS A UNIQUE CLASS OF OUR STUDIO WHICH IS ALMOST NOT REPRESENTED IN OTHER STUDIOS. DURING THE LESSONS YOU DON’T JUST IMPROVE YOUR CONDITIONING , BUT ALSO WILL GET READY TO DO SPECIFIC STRENGTH ELEMENTS ON THE POLE, HOOP AND SILKS . 

What are we doing during our lessons? Everything that can help to do elements using aerial apparatuses:

• strengthen abs and back muscles

• strengthen legs

• do exercises to develop endurance and strength

• train ligaments, stretch wrists, complexly develop a body

• learn hard strength elements, do various strength exercises of gymnastics

• develop the sense of balance Uniform- sports clothes
