Pole Acrobatic for men

Pole Acrobatic is a new trend which gained popularity among men. It is a mistake to think that Pole Dance is dedicated only for women. Pole Dance actively develops. Male Pole Dance has become a separate type of Pole Dance. Competition of Pole Acrobatic for men is included in all major Russian and world championships of Pole Dance.

The distinctive features of Male Pole Dance:

• The basis are strength feats of Aerial Gymnastics (flags with different grips, planches, strength balances)

• The transfer of acrobatic elements to the pole- somersaults (at different heights), cart-wheels, flips, full turns

• There are some elements of flexibility, but on the contrary to the female direction they are not the basis

 Uniform - tracksuit bottoms or shorts, sleeveless sports shirt  

In Male Pole Dance there are also two modes of a pole - "static" and "spinning" (revolves on its axis)

The most popular apparatus is a Chinese pole originated from circus. Chinese pole is a rubberized pipe. You should wear the clothes that covers all parts of the body to prevent burns caused by a strong clutch. Thanks to a strong clutch there’s no risk to fall when you do complex acrobatic elements. There are two types of Chinese pole- “static” and “hanging”.

Hanging Chinese Pole arouses more interest. Sportsmen do complex acrobatic elements swinging back and forth on a hanging pipe. This arouses particular interest of audience during performances. And at the same time it makes the training on Chinese pole complex and thrilling.

YOU CAN FIND ALL TYPES OF POLES AT POLE DANCE STYLE STUDIO- “STATIC”, “SPINNING” AND HANGING CHINESE POLE.

There are no separate male group in our studio. You can choose any group of Pole Fitness and the time which is convenient for you.

• Sleeveless sports shirt

• You can put gym shoes on your feet (or you can train barefoot)
