Pole Fitness (Pole Acrobatic, Fitness on the Pole) is a kind of Pole Dance where the attention is paid to such drills as:

• spins on a static pole;

• strength pole tricks;

• elements dedicated to improve flexibility and equilibrium ;

• specifics of a spinning pole Pole Fitness is beneficial for your body shape as the maximum number of muscles tightens the frame of your body after 3-5 months of training.Pole Fitness will replace you a fitness center and a gym.

Uniform for Pole Fitness: sports shorts, a top or a sleeveless sports shirt (not a T-shirt, shoulders should be open).You can put dancing ballet flats on your feet, you can train in socks or barefoot.
