Body work - general physical training for practicing Pole Dance. This is a set of activities aimed at developing physical qualities, primarily strength, flexibility and endurance. Such classes provide a comprehensive harmonious physical development of a person and are a necessary basis for playing sports, in our case - acrobatics on a pylon.

A PROGRAM FOR GENERAL PHYSICAL TRAINING FOR PLEASE DANCE AND AIR GYMNASTICS AT OUR STUDIOS - A UNIQUE DIRECTION THAT IS NOT PRESENTALLY PRESENTED IN OTHER STUDIOS. IN THE LESSONS, YOU DON'T JUST IMPROVE YOUR PHYSICAL FORM, BUT AND PREPARE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF SPECIFIC POWER ELEMENTS ON THE PILON, RING OR CANVAS.

What do we do in the classroom? All that in the future will help you to perform power elements on air sports equipment:

  • strengthen the muscles of the back and abs
  • swing legs
  • do exercises to develop endurance and strength
  • we train ligaments, draw brushes, diversify the body
  • learn complex strength elements, perform various strength exercises from gymnastics
  • training a sense of balance

The uniform for the class is sports.

Additionally, we recommend visiting other areas of the studio.
